Our packaged booster pump sets deliver consistent cold water pressure to multi-storey commercial and residential buildings where incoming mains pressure is insufficient. Each set is built around vertical multistage pumps driven by integrated variable-speed inverters that modulate to maintain set pressure regardless of demand, eliminating water hammer and reducing energy use compared with traditional fixed-speed boosters.
Twin pump duty/standby is standard for smaller buildings; triple and quad configurations provide duty/assist/standby with automatic cascade rotation to even out pump hours. Stainless steel suction and discharge manifolds, isolation valves, non-return valves, a diaphragm pressure vessel and a pressure transducer are pre-piped onto a galvanised baseframe ready for water and power connection on site.
Each unit is supplied with a pre-wired IP54 control panel featuring an HMI for set-point adjustment, fault diagnostics and pump rotation, plus volt-free contacts for connection to the building BMS. We size every set against your demand schedule and provide WRAS-approved components throughout.
